The developer of the property at 56 Pah Road lodged an appeal with the Environment Court against the decision by Independent Hearing Panel to decline his application to subdivide the property into 3 sections. CBRRA, together with one local resident and the Tree Council, became what is known as Section 274 parties to the appeal. Because the matter is before the Court and we are party to the Court action we are unable to comment further on the case at this time.
